How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

Nintendo STEALS Money!Since this has been going around lately, I should probably give my two cents. Basically what it amounts to is that Nintendo has filed Content ID info of their games with YouTube. What this means is that if you upload gameplay video of a Nintendo game, YouTube will automatically monetize that video, put ads on it, a link to where to buy the game, and take the money generated from that video and give it directly to Nintendo. People who do "let's play" videos are, naturally, pissed off because they want to be earning money off their videos, so they're calling Nintendo "thieves" for doing this.
I can see both sides to the story. I can see Nintendo as a corporation wanting to exercise control over their properties. On the other hand, "let's play" videos can often help new gamers find games they otherwise wouldn't have tried.
But here's the thing: Nintendo isn't the first company do this. Both Microsoft and Ubisoft do it already. YouTube has also had a long history of having music videos and

Dear readers,

We arranged another issue and we're leaving behind us a month full of temptations that we, as the time has shown, managed to answer very well.

Bulb magazine this month is celebrating its first birthday. Everything started last December, with our issue Number 0 (read:first) that presented Stephen Pierce on the cover, an interview with Denis Grzetic and showed the works of Tatjana Krstic in the project section.
In the past 365 days we created 9 scheduled issues and 3 special ones ("Toso Dabac", "Fotosofia 3" and "Lomotomia 1". In the last period Bulb worked with Gokul association on organizing the first Croatian Lomo festival - Lomotomia, in Zabok. Through our 12 issues we presented over 200 authors, counted visits from 147 countries and our November issue was requested by more than 15.000 readers.

We changed during this time and following our reader's requests and wishes we moved from Flash technology to Air and Pdf platform to enable a simpler and quicker reading. In the very last foto finish of 2008 our colleague Jelena Topcic left our team. Without Jelena's selfless pawn and hard work on proofreading the quality of the written material would have not been the same. At the very same moment, our first task was to find a substitute: from this month on our new collaborator on proofreading and english texts translations is Ana Marija Kovac.

In this anniversary-issue we arranged a few very interesting authors through our now standard forms of interview, project and gallery of 24.

The whole Bulb staff wishes you all the best for the forthcoming holidays and to spend them with your families in the warmth of your homes. And to the ones that are planning to go on vacation, we wish a lot of fun!
